    Panoramic sea views, private beach area , beautifully maintained gardens

    Communication barriers with limited English-speaking staff!!! Maintenance issues seem common, including non-functioning equipment and leaking fixtures!!! Poor check-in processes definitely take away from initial impressions!!!

    the hotel was well-maintained in general, had top-class staff from member of staff. my room was large and beautiful with the young children, had smoke detectors for safety measures. location: the venue was just next door to a restaurant, the piano bar and bodrum or guembet. and it's not too far from kasibeyaz, ate there once or twice.

    The hotel was well-maintained with TOP-CLASS personnel from member of staff. Thoroughly enjoyed the room with the young children, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was excellent in a coastal area, adjacent to the center of Bodrum, the beach area and the main restaurant. I ate at the a la carte restaurant near the venue.

    great stay but shower drainage needs improvement

    We enjoyed our six-night stay . The room was very good, with a spacious terrace offering a fine sea view, made every morning special. The food was amazing, with a vast variety of delicious options at every meal and a dessert cabinet that was hard to resist.

    The shower had issues with drainage.

    Only the location .

    Bad staff , No one speak english , bad food , dirty rooms , power supply stopped in the first night due to short in electrical cables and no one take care for that till we shouting with the front disk to change our room .

    Amazing beach vibes and food!

    Had a blast at this resort! The beach front is totally beautiful, and the staff are super friendly, especially the bar girl who always had a bright smile. Our room with the sea view was comfy but the shower could use some better drainage. Dinner had some tasty options, but could've used more variety. A fab stay!

    The location is excellent and the food is god but not for that rate per day.

    Cleaning was a dissaster. For 5 days there was no cleaning, no change of towels, no refill of toalettpapers and so on. We had to ring to the reception for help and the staff was fairly nice but nothing happend. We had to ring againe for same thing about 6 times. The toilets overall was very dirty...

    - Staff hardly speaks English - Food is nothing to Turkish cuisine. No variety. And it’s the same food everyday for breakfast, lunch & dinner - The hotel charged me for an extra night that I didn’t spend, and they refused to refund me back - I will never advice this hotel to any friend or family

    It is a high quality hotel with good facilities and a good location. Staff are professional and food is awesome. The only thing I did not like about this hotel is that you cannot rest while you are on the beach because of the useless aerobics sessions (it is not professional) and loud music. Most activities are at the same spot and you can hardly read a book even if you have your own mp3 player and headphones.
